Privacy Policy

MODERNSPEAK's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: We use Gmail data only to provide and improve user-facing features of MODERNSPEAK. We do not transfer Gmail data to others except to provide or improve user-facing features. We do not use Gmail data to serve ads. Humans cannot read Gmail data unless we have user consent, or it's necessary for security, to comply with law, or for our operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

• Account information: your email address and name.
• Creator profile data you enter about the talent you represent.
• Campaign and pitch data, including brand contacts and deal terms.
• Voice samples — writing samples you provide or pitches you send.
• Gmail data, only when you connect Gmail: message content and metadata needed to create drafts and detect replies for the pitches you send from MODERNSPEAK.

We use your data to provide AI-powered business development features: generating and polishing pitches, tracking outreach, surfacing brand opportunities, coaching deal terms, and matching your writing voice. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to serve ads.

Your data is stored in our managed backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase / PostgreSQL). Data is encrypted at rest and encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access is restricted by row-level security so each account can only reach its own records.

• Anthropic — AI model processing for pitch generation and analysis.
• Google — Gmail integration for draft creation and reply detection.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — application hosting, database, and authentication.

We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active so the product continues to work. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, and we will delete it except where we are required to retain records by law.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request its deletion, or request a portable export of your data. Email us and we will respond promptly.
